The CRA membership for organizations is intended for any organization, agency, or company that wishes to become a CRA member and utilize benefits to enhance or support Crisis Residential Services. The initial membership gives direct access for up to 5 people within the organization. Additional members can be added to an organization membership for a fee.

Membership Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Crisis Residential Association (CRA) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership with the CRA. If the CRA refuses a new or renewed membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

During the renewal process each year, members must attest to continued eligibility for membership based on agreement and compliance with CRA's values and Code of Ethics.

Membership cancellations by a registrant received within 14 days of registration may be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not qualify for a refund.

All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder and must include the member's or organization's name and invoice number.
